This policy governs the terms and conditions of our free trial, leading into a subscription plan. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms.

1. Offer Description

For a free trial, new users can access one ad creative as part of a trial to our comprehensive advertising services. This trial period lasts for 7 days, after which the user will be automatically enrolled into our full subscription plan.

2. Eligibility and Limitations

This offer is limited to one ad creative per customer.
The delivery time for the free ad is not guaranteed.
Subsequent ad orders beyond the initial trial creative will be charged at the standard rate of subscription plan.

3. Account Integrity

Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts with different email addresses to exploit the promotional offer.
Violation of this term will result in a penalty fee of $149 per month for each additional account identified.

4. Fraudulent Activity

If you try to trick or avoid following the rules of this offer, you might have to pay extra fees.
Vidx.io reserves the right to determine what constitutes deceptive or fraudulent activity.

5. Payment and Refunds

Users agree to automatic monthly billing following the trial period. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel the subscription if they do not wish to continue beyond the trial.
Refunds for the monthly subscription fee are permissible within 24 hours of the charge, if the product and software are unused.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users wishing to cancel their subscription must do so through their account settings or by contacting our support team directly. Failure to cancel before the billing cycle will result in automatic renewal for the subsequent month.

7. Changes to the Offer

Vidx.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

8. Agreement

By utilizing the free trial, users acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy is part of a legal agreement between Vidx.io and its users, intended to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.
